Our team coaching is aimed at helping leaders develop relationally healthy and strategically sound teams and partnerships. A special emphasis is given towards family-owned businesses and working with family members who lead or own a company together. Optional assessments for team coaching include Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team as well as group coaching around any individual assessments taken by team members.

Our main avenue for group coaching is through Convene where we run groups for influential leaders.

Retreats
Our retreats are a day or weekend-long facilitation for teams and groups to unpack redemptive leadership. Most of our retreats are planned for existing clients that need time to get away with their team or for our groups that would like to extend our normal time together.
